We are a venture capital fund manager that invests in early-stage deep-tech and deep-tech enabler ventures.

Our investment philosophy is to identify early-stage ventures and back technical founders with visions and abilities to transform a market or an industry. Our target entrepreneurs develop breakthrough products and technologies establishing new market footholds or pursue novel business models.

ACT is regulated by EU AIFMD and adheres to Invest Europe's codes, reporting, and valuation guidelines.

Our Support

We follow a purpose-driven approach to generate public value, along with financial returns for our investors, by investing in and offering guidance to talented technical founders with bold problem solutions.

Investment. We invest at the Seed stage—and preferably lead that round—by taking an active role in determining the valuation, executing the due diligence, finalizing the agreements' terms, and identifying co-investors. We target significant minority shares. Later, we go on to taking part in the Series A and B rounds.

Strategy and management mentorship. Our post-Seed investment guidance rests on three pillars. First, we make available our individual and collective experiences. Second, our pool of advisors is a source of valuable strategy and managerial expertise. Finally, the founders of our portfolio companies can provide first-hand peer information, having faced various challenges as entrepreneurs themselves.
