We are a venture capital firm partnering at (pre)seed stage with entrepreneurs in Benelux, France, and Germany active in (cyber)security, protection tech, dual technologies, and new materials.
First ticket between 200k€ and 500k€ (up to 2M€ incl follow up) We are flexible on equity stake, investment instrument (equity/convertible loan), board seat and role (co-)lead or follower.
FNX was launched by Herstal Group (a leading company in the defence & shoot sport sector) and Wallonie Entreprendre (a financial holding company and Venture Capital tech investor).
