Il Timone di Massimo Fiscante is a private business and was founded in 2008 and is situated in Italy. Our establishment handles various activities and services within the food industry and the main focus is on the goals of “High Quality and Healthy food”.

During the past years we have been working to create the most innovative range of food processing mechanisms, designed with a perfect combination of technology and dependability to meet and exceed the demands within the catering and manufacturing Sector. Our project “CLEANSHELLS” was born from the necessity of adopting a process / mechanism that could efficiently clean shellfish eliminating the time-consuming manual process. This sparked the inventiveness for us to conceptualise an apparatus devised specifically to clean shellfish automatically and rapidly, thoroughly removing all contaminants, including potentially harmful substances (such as sand and plastic) and dead specimens in a matter of minutes, allowing restaurant owners to process the shell food efficiently and rapidly, reducing waste and provide customers high quality food, Through hard work and dedication, we engaged the required resources to develop the concept into a number of working prototypes that are now, in daily use within our establishment.

Our goal is to industrialize and commercialize our product and establish a global network of independent channel partners to provide the very best worldwide distribution facility for our CleanShells product.
