Spun out of the French Nuclear Commission (CEA), H-IMMUNE develops novel FULLY HUMAN antibodies-based blockade therapeutics in the I/O space.
The key element of H-IMMUNE core technology is the leveraging of a unique in vitro immunization platform with a unique ability to generate series of high affinity FULLY HUMAN antibodies against the entire epitope mapping of any therapeutic target. We are currently deploying this proprietary platform to create an internal I/O pipeline while seeking to leverage this powerful discovery engine through strategic collaborations like the one we secured with Pierre Fabre earlier this year.
Our preclinical pipeline is led by our Gal-9 flagship program - a novel immune checkpoint of the TIM3/T-CD4 & CD44/T-reg pathways - completed by 2 Ab discovery programs targeting FIRST IN CLASS novel tumor neo-antigen and immuno-modulating agents.
The company is located in central Paris in the new Santé Cluster of the Cochin Institute, a research center affiliated with INSERM, CNRS and Paris Descartes University and recognized as one of the largest research centers in France. H-IMMUNE is working with outstanding researchers and key opinion leaders, especially within Gustave Roussy, to exploit world class science and translational research with the ultimate goal of benefitting patients suffering from cancer.
