Welance is what independent entrepreneurs are missing. We have created the most comprehensive ecosystem on the market for independent entrepreneurs. It is based on three pillars: training, events, and partners.
We create training events: we open cities for in-person training cycles, led by local independents and trained experts.
Our ambition? To make professional entrepreneurship accessible by becoming the market reference in France in 2024-25, before expanding into Europe. 🌍

Our expertise? Welance is the story of an entrepreneurial love at first sight between Charlotte & Matthieu. As entrepreneurs, we had the pleasure of supporting both independents and startups. We had the opportunity to create the training centers for Blablacar, Doctolib & I@d France.
With an initial capital of €3,000, we are two ambitious individuals ready to make Welance France the entrepreneurial reference.
