Vigor Medical was established by experienced Israeli and US entrepreneurs and develops a C-Lant Port for effective treatment of chest trauma, inflammatory lung diseases (pneumonia) and post-operative drainage.
The potential market size for emergency (Army, Civilian EMS) and elective (Hospitals) applications exceeds 2 Billion USD and we plan to reach the market within 18-24 months.
US patent for the technology was granted and National phase patent for other territories is pending. We completed the development of advanced prototype, tested it successfully on animals in cooperation with Israeli defense forces and in laboratory. Vigor is an award leading company, with 2 scientific articles published and was presented in several international conferences.
These achievements were reached with less then 600K USD funding.
Currently we are looking to raise the 2.5MM USD A round to complete final product development, testing and manufacturing, obtain FDA (510K, no clinical trials) and CE (up to 30 cases, 1 week follow up) approvals, preparation for market launch or cooperation with strategic partner within 24 months. Approximately 1MM USD is required to reach FDA submission stage, required for making a successful connection with potential strategic partners within about 12 months.
