Verde Visions’ technology produces no CO2 from converting biomass waste products.

We use olive pits and olive pruning wood to produce Very Low Sulfur and Low Carbon Fuel Oil for numerous industrial uses:

The users of Very Low Sulfur Low Carbon Fuel Oil as a replacement for carbon-based fuels used by the maritime, over-the-road, and vehicle industry in general as well as power plants.

What is known and, indeed, forecasted is that the present use of fossil-derived diesel fuel or bunker fuel in the maritime industry (user) will be outlawed by the IMO (International Marine Organization) shortly. Already major shipping lines are investigating and spending billions of dollars on “clean” fuel oil solutions or fuel alternatives – even liquid ammonia. The end-user, in this case, the maritime industry is being rightly targeted as an environmental hazard and an impediment to goods transfer by manufacturers shipping from Point A to Points B, C, and D. In fact, manufacturers are pressuring the maritime industry to clean up their act, literally! The maritime industry is listening. For example, the largest shipping company in the world is APM-Maersk  (AP Moller-Maersk): Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a fleet of over 700 vessels with a capacity of 40,97.480 TEUs (Twenty-Foot Units) and consumes over 12,000,000 metric tons of fuel alone.
