VELIA RE was born in 2019 with a young team of software developers and real estate professionals seeking an integrated solution to cover every aspect of property management. VELIA RE was initially designed for property managers, but soon became a software satisfying the needs of all the players involved in property management (managers, tenants, contractors and landlords).

VELIA RE’s technology is based on VELIA, a data management software developed by Lance Borvansky in 2013 and initially applied to finance and investment management.
