We manufacture large casting molds for automobiles and do business with many mold casting manufacturers. We also cover a series of product manufacturing processes. These range from product design and CAE (fluid and solidification analysis) to 3D trial design, mold procurement (domestic Japanese and overseas), trial manufacturing, and product inspection. We are aggressively pursuing overseas sales activities mainly from our factory in Thailand. Difficult molds are directly handled in Japan and medium-class articles are manufactured in Thailand and China. General mold manufacturing is consigned to local mold manufacturers. Manufacturing quality and process management are under in-house supervision.
