Torus AI (Torus Actions sas) is an AI company founded in 2019
35+ employees in France, 40% of are PhDs in AI or Math
100+ employees in the international "Torus Network" co-founded by us, which
includes BelleTorus (belle.ai, USA), Torus Engineering Vietnam, Taureau.ai, etc.
Our motto is Intelligence for Life. Our mission is to create AI solutions that serve millions of people worldwide, for a happier and more enlightened world.
Currently 4 main business lines:
i) AI for dermatology (BelleTorus; probably the best in the world for detecting and scoring skin diseases, able to detect more than a thousand skin diseases, starting from $0 in 2021 to almost $4M in contracts in 2023, deals with World Health Organization, National Institutes of Health, regional healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
ii) Signal Processing: "Torus adaptive filters", a new generation of filters, based on new methodology, that work much better than extended/adaptive Kalman filters. Won a contract with CNES (the French space agency) to validate our new technology. Laureate of France 2030 program (project on secure navigation of agricultural robots)
iii) Integrated generative AI development platform, services and applications
iv) Mobile virtual friend-assistant based on generative AI
