We are solving the problems of • Visibility of African products, • Creating access to available products. • Building and bridging trust • Financing trade • Building Capacity via impacts Our solutions include: Creating visibility and Access: Marketplace/Buyers’ hub – We built a pan African marketplace for products grown and produced in Africa ONLY – marketplace.tradersofafrica.com We currently have over 16,000 suppliers from 15 African countries on the platform. Building and Bridging Trust: SourcePro unit – Realizing that more that 98% of African suppliers are offline, we created an offline SourcePro unit through which we are buyers to sellers and sellers to buyers, operating a just in time model. We have over 1million farmers across 5 African countries. Increase Capacity: For trade to be sustainable, there is a need to increase the capabilities of the stakeholders especially those in the lower ladder... So, we created TOFA academy where we train traders, aggregators, prospective traders and small holder farmers who could offtake from other small holder farmers on how to trade in commercial volumes. We even take them on excursion to some of the factories where we supply to. Post training, we mentor them for impact and monitor them for success creating access to market for them. Impactful Trade: TOFAPAY: In partnership with major manufacturing companies across Africa, we create impact to small holder farmers in remote African villages ensuring that they receive fair pricing and immediate payment for all their supplies whilst the factories are guaranteed access to the materials needed for their productions. We work with over 750 small holder farmers month on month.
