Many talented beauticians across Africa face issues such as limited access to clients, safety risks when traveling to appointments, and lack of financial tools to grow their businesses. Through Tausi, beauticians gain access to a digital platform that allows them to showcase their services, receive verified bookings, manage their schedules, and earn income safely and consistently. We also offer access to financial products like loans, insurance, and digital payment systems—services that are often out of reach for informal workers.
2. For Clients: TausiApp provides users with on-demand beauty services through a vetted and reviewed network of professionals. Whether at home, at work, or in our conveniently located Tausi Booths (mini-salons/kiosks), clients can access trusted, skilled beauticians with transparent pricing and real-time booking. We solve the common frustrations of long salon wait times, inconsistent service quality, and personal safety concerns by providing personalized AI-driven recommendations, real-time location-based availability, and verified beautician profiles.
3. For the Ecosystem: Tausi is more than a marketplace. We’re building an inclusive digital infrastructure that supports skill development, women’s empowerment, and formalization of the informal beauty economy. Through strategic partnerships with organizations like USAID, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and over 100 beauty colleges, Tausi trains and supports disadvantaged women and young professionals with digital skills, access to market, and economic independence.
