I am Laurent Dumoulin; CEO and Co-founder at smartiz.io. Smartiz is an early-stage SaaS company that helps property managers save time, automate tasks and deliver great experiences.

Still to this day, property managers spent too much time on repetitive, manual and low-value tasks, pulling them away from their biggest revenue generator: delivering great experiences resulting in exceptional reviews.  

With our end-to-end automated workflow and our guest experience one stop shop, we allow property managers to focus their time and energy on the things that really make a difference to their guests: attending to special and unique needs and create a connection with them. Smartiz brings together a fragmented market offer, through a simple design, with guest experience at its core.

Our solution was launched two months and is already being used by 10 properties in Switzerland. With the global and European growth of the short-term rental market, we believe we can achieve 2.7m CHF ARR by 2027, with a 3:1 CAC to LTV ratio. Together with my co-founder and supported by our experienced board of advisors, we combine strong market and industry experience, as well as extensive expertise in customer and guest experience.
