We are VCs for Human Potential, and we do this using our proprietary idea of IC-ISA (IRR-Capped Income Share agreement) contracts. 
 
Income share agreements are financial contracts that enable students to fund their university tuition and other expenses as a percentage of their future income. Students benefit by having downside protection by not having to pay back if they do not succeed in getting a job. Current Income share agreements are not viable as they make students pay almost double the amount they would pay with student loans. They are designed in a way that locks students into extended repayment periods, making the process inflexible and restrictive for them. Moreover, they are only available for developed parts of the world where there is no need for such a mechanism. They are also illegal in some major regions like the United States due to their current structure, hence not allowing ISAs to become a widespread alternative funding option. 
 
We want to solve this problem and make Income share agreements viable for the people who actually need them. Hence, we have created a new version of ISAs that is legal in many countries, including the United States. We want to expand the market by being a true partner for students rather than just a financier by finding exceptional talent in developing countries and providing them with all the resources, mentorship, and most importantly, the hope they need to become successful. By doing this, we believe that we do not just provide money but enable talent to meet opportunities.
 
We aim to act as asset managers, and currently, we have three individuals ready to be invested in our pilot batch. We expect to generate an IRR of 22% on this batch, and we are looking for an investment of 500k Dollars as an asset manager.
