SideROS

SideROS is a preclinical stage biotech focused on iron interfering drug candidates development for patients at high-risk of relapse and metastasis. Preclinical evidences have been obtained in several indications such as breast cancer, DLBCL, acute myeloid leukemia, glioblastoma and colorectal cancer. Of interest, we have developed a biomarker, an iron score, combining the expression of genes linked to iron metabolism, which can identify patients at risk of relapses. That iron score could be use to select patients who can benefit of our targeted therapy.
