SeaTwirl

SeaTwirl is a company and a product born at sea, traded on the Nasdaq First North since 2016. Our vision is to become a global leader within the floating offshore wind energy sector. Since 2015 we have a proof of concept in the sea offshore Sweden, the 30 kW grid connected S1 prototype.

The current focus is on our S2 1 MW pilot, to be installed and tested in Norway in 2022, for which we have received some major grants from the EU.

We will provide clean energy with a green footprint at a competitive price: Even our initial LCOE for the S2 1 MW turbine is more cost effective than off-grid diesel generation. We are teaming up with innovative and experienced partners and we have recommendation letters from Vattenfall and Simply Blue Energy as well as a power purchase agreement with Haugaland Kraft in Norway for the S2 pilot.

The SeaTwirl Team is small but we are highly skilled, experienced and dedicated and our motivation comes from our rock-solid belief that our work will make a difference  

We are currently 14 employees with a combined experience of more than 170 years. We have specialists from Iran, Spain and Germany moving to Gothenburg to work for us.
