Sanitars is a world leader in the production of disposable items for personal hygiene in 100% pure cotton wool on the market since 1971. Through the brand NaturAll we produce 100% pure cotton disposable table linen both for professional users consumers. We propose a new product line that is natural and ecologic, 100% compostable, biodegradable, hypoallergenic on the skin, soft, resistant and super absorbent. In summary our system:
- enable recycling and extends the product life cycle;
- reduces water consumption by 85% (using 7/8 m³ per hour) only loosing 15% via steam;
- sustainable as the last particles generated in the production process are aspirated, compacted and burnt generating energy that is utilised in the non-woven fabrication --> complying with EU circular economy and companies green policy; reduces energy consumption by 38%;
- enables scale up production to 10 tons/day, 50m per min. on a width 2,4m;
- increases quality and product performance due to the full control of the production process on a real time.
