In 2014 Pipaillon landed in downtown Brussels to set up its artisan factory with a
single goal: using old-fashioned savoir-faire to make decidedly contemporary
products.

Freshly sourced from local farmers, our jams, chutneys, tapenades, preserved
lemons and seasonings are all organic and seasonal.
Traditional, authentic recipes infused with childhood flavours alongside new,
quick-selling creations.

The art of preservation: centuries of savoir-faire, far from improvisation
The glass jar, hero of cupboard cooking, is the seal of good eating.
At Pipaillon, we’ve chosen four preservation modes:
1. Sugar for jams
2. Salt for preserved lemons
3. Vinegar for chutneys
4. Oil and pasteurisation for tapenades.
The result: each range has its colour code and irresistible feature.
