Osta Therapeutics is a company dedicated to the development of smart drugs aimed at fighting against infections resistant to antibiotics. These developments rely upon a patented innovation of medicinal chemistry through which we create drugs that are directly activated functionally by the targeted pathogen.
We are addressing first fatal infections by Acinetobacter baumannii resistant to carbapenem, a bacteria ranked as priority number 1 by World Heath Organization.
We are finalizing the preclinical studies of a lead compound.
