NEOVENTURES BIOTECHNOLOGY EUROPE has a platform for the discovery of molecular biomarkers specific to a physiopathological contrast between groups of patients, combining aptamer engineering and machine learning. This technology enables the automation of biomarker-based approaches. It transcends "omics" approaches and provides a fully automated process for the development of cost-effective diagnostic kits, enabling predictive diagnosis and advanced patient stratification. Our method captures and analyzes deep data from blood and other biofluids, utilizing NGS and qPCR readout to gain comprehensive and extensive insights into individuals' proteomes and metabolomes. It allows to better understand and predict the development of various intricate medical conditions.
