Natural Intelligent Technologies

Natural Intelligent Technologies S.r.l. (N.I.Te.) was established on May of 2012 as a spin-off company of University of Salerno, in the South of Italy, and now it is an innovative SME working in the ICT sector of Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition.

At N.I.Te we are convinced that as long as the human being has hands, they are to be used to write something, so that somebody can read it. Our mission is to build reading machines with Artificial Intelligence.

Our vision is to “Make available and searchable knowledge contained in all handwritten digital documents of the world”.

N.I.Te is composed of the right mix of experience and youth and it stands out for the enthusiasm and the diversity of components: two Full Professors and Senior Scientists in Artificial Intelligence and Neural Computation related to the handwriting generation mechanisms, three young Researchers and two Information Engineers with great talent in designing and developing Artificial Intelligence algorithms, a Senior Advisor with a great experience of Innovation Management and dynamics of global Hi-tech markets.
