We build small farm anaerobic digesters, as well as modular micro-scale anaerobic digesters from .2m3 to 20m3. All are capable of automatic de-gritting. One project included building two digesters in central London inside buildings and with digestate fertiliser used on-site for urban growing projects. We have two digesters which utilise solar PV for heating/mixing and one of these is mobile and is used for outreach, education and public displays - mixing two sorts of renewable energy - with the biogas used to cook on: meals, drinks, popcorn. Our principal has built more than 100 small farm digesters in the UK, Europe and Malaysia. Our digesters can have automatic de-gritting which means that they can handle food waste and other gritty feedstocks and the digester does not have to be stopped in order to remove the grit.
