The platform provides a gamified solution that supports each user in exploring and adopting generative AI through job-relevant use cases, currently compatible with ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot 365, Office 365, and Google Gemini. Each employee follows a customized path built around their actual role (such as sales, marketing, or claims experts) and AI maturity level, with performance tracking to monitor adoption progress. Mendo recently announced its second fundraising round of €3.5 million in October 2024, following a first round of €700,000 in November 2023, led by UK-based fund Emerge Education with support from Tomcat Ventures and notable Business Angels. Having already trained over 15,000 employees since its launch, the company aims to unlock up to 40% productivity gains in everyday tasks and plans to use the funding to hire 20 new employees while initiating international expansion, particularly in the United Kingdom. The startup addresses a significant market gap where, despite 65% of organizations regularly using generative AI in 2024, only 8% of enterprise users actually utilize LLMs, positioning Mendo as a key player in helping enterprises overcome generative AI adoption challenges.
