MSI is a medical technology company which as been working with a sensor technology based on Skin conductance variations. There have developed several applications to meet the demand of assessing pain for the following patient groups;
¨Premature born children
-sedated patients
-Neural block assessments
-Post operative pain treatment
-Intensive care patients
From focusing on mainly research market, the new develop program includes wearable wireless disposable sensors. The cost of the new application will allow the method to be standardised for all patient group above.
The system has 8 approved patents and 8 more in review phase.
