Keep In Touch started from a heavy and striking observation. The number of trial period terminations has tripled since 2015, with 8 out of 10 young graduates refusing to accept a job that doesn't make sense to them, and almost one out of two resignations occurring within the first year.
This situation is extremely costly for companies of all sizes and HR is faced with a major challenge: retaining talent, getting them to subscribe to an employer brand and work culture. To address this, we are developing an artificial intelligence environment matching tool that profiles companies and recruits talent that fits and is more likely to thrive in their work environment.
Our tool will allow talents to better select the companies in which they want to apply and grow, and for companies to avoid redundant tasks and only focus on a small portion of applications, greatly improving the nature and quality of resulting human exchanges.
Our AI technology involves deep learning, and we are co-building it with renowned laboratories from the University of Lorraine. The LORIA, specializing in ethical artificial intelligence, and the 2LPN, specializing in psychosociology of organizations and psychometrics.
A word about our team: we are two partners with complementary experiences in commerce and data engineering, accompanied by an R&D team consisting of a doctorate in computer science and two web developers
