Unfortunately, employment centres, universities and schools struggle to find a sustainable model able to support everyone. JOBIRI - the 1° AI-based digital career advisor - is the first solution able to digitalize employment services and make them self-service through artificial intelligence technologies. This results in two important benefits: it overcomes traditional services limits, while offering a personalised, flexible and tech-based solution tailored on specific users’ needs. Our solution is an integrated ecosystem of career tools tailored for both individuals and career support institutions, that through proprietary algorithms of artificial intelligence provides personalised suggestions and services helping jobseekers to land a job faster. As a human career coach JOBIRI profiles users, assesses their curriculum, provides recommendations to improve it, delivers job offers or courses, trains for interviews and proposes the best job search approach based on the user’s background. At the same time, JOBIRI can be provided to career-supporting institutions, allowing career coaches to track candidates’ job search approach, provide a more effective support based on data, remotely assist jobseekers while having more time to support candidates in bigger need. JOBIRI is available among 20 Italian Institutions and 4 Portuguese, supporting about 16.000 jobseekers
