“Nanotechnology advances solid biofuel, creating a highly efficient and cleaner source to generate intense heat”

IHB Technologies, Inc. produces and distributes patented, catalytic additives that powerfully permeate energy certified biofiber with a combination of high energy raw materials. The IHB Method generates exceptional biosolid durability, moisture-resistance and a significant increase in BTU performance. IHB science is an ingenious solution to amplify incineration performance and exceed the energy potential of pyrolysis by-products. Replace the dominance of coal, natural gas and diesel as today’s ideal solid fuel source. Implement the IHB infusion method in regions that are confronted with penalties for excessive CO2  emission.

Densified Biofuel enhanced with IHB® is: Energy efficient - Resulting in a longer burn rate and a superior increase in energy output with every *weight-% applied (*increase on a fixed scale). Environmentally compatible - Molecularly infused to biofiber to unleash the full heat potential of municipal solid waste, refuse derived waste, agricultural waste, diseased trees and logging waste. Affordable - Utilizing the IHB method to enhance solid biofuels results in a 70% savings for the biosolid producer and a 30% savings to the end consumer each year. Safe - IHB use complies with worldwide emission standards set by ENplus & ISO. IHB infusion destroys dangerous inhalable particles, prevents the adherence of trace metals and lowers ash content.

"Reduce the yearly release of Industrial COby introducing advanced solid biofuel as a dominate fuel source to generate intense heat".

Our company has a notable pipeline of biosolid producers (clients) and a growing list of consortiums worldwide ready to distribute the IHB catalytic additive. Infusing energy qualified biofiber with IHB is a scalable and adjustable processing solution that delivers a significant production increase of advanced biosolids in “days instead of months”. Solid biofuel infused with IHB can reach the sustainable fusion condition needed to co-generate with Hydrogen.

The US Dept. of Energy – National Bioenergy Laboratory (inl.gov) grants CRADA research agreements to IHB Technologies, to provide private test campaigns for pending customers that want to qualify the IHB infusion method with multiple types of energy certified Biowaste such as: Almond Wood, Rice Husk, processed Timber and Wood Waste, Municipal Solid Waste, and multiple forms of Agricultural and Refuse Derived Materials.

IHB Customers (Biosolid Producers) purchase and receive the IHB catalytic agent by the Metric ton in (18,000 kilogram) batch amounts, delivered ‘Over the Road’ in (Intermodal bulk containers) or single 2,000 kilogram amounts in Super Sacks. IBC containers are used to preserve the additive after production, guarantee safe transportation and for on-site storage at customer factories. The additive is a functional free flowing microsphere, designed for heat stability and useful handling.

The elite Dynamic blending system is designed and sold exclusively to clients to apply pre-measured amounts of the IHB catalytic agent with free flowing batch amounts of pre-moistened biofiber. The slack mixture is then conveyed at a continuous rate into a densification chamber that expels pellets, briquettes, or cubes. The scalable IHB blending system is a capital investment for IHB clients (producers) to own (or lease) and maintain. Larger scale blending systems can be designed for a continuous densification flow up to (12.0 Mton / hour). Industrial scale Biosolid producers are encouraged to upgrade their conditioning chambers with certified HST blending / steam injection conditioning systems.

Current applications in demand:

  • IHB solid biofuel as a direct co-generating source of clean energy for Industrial Combustion Chambers that require higher fusion temperatures to advance the conception of Steel, Cement, Ceramic and Silica base raw materials; a sustained synthesis of fly ash.
  • IHB solid biofuel as a co-generating source of clean energy for Industrial Boilers that generate high pressure steam and produce electricity.
  • IHB solid biofuel as a co-generating source of clean energy for Industrial Boilers that generate intense hot process water for Textile Industries.
  • IHB solid biofuel as a co-generating source of clean energy for Industrial Boilers that generate intense hot water for Farm Facility heating and enhanced (radiant) heating for Rural Properties.
  • IHB solid biofuel as a direct source of clean energy for Boiler Chambers that generate enhanced (radiant) heating for a vast number of Mountain Resort Properties.
  • IHB solid biofuel produced with Date Palm Waste, as a direct source of clean energy to generate enhanced air conditioned cooling for Municipal Properties across the Middle East.
  • IHB solid biofuel as a direct source of clean energy to generate facility heating and air cooling at Government sites.
