Farworld Studio

Farworld Studio has been developing the online virtual reality video game (SaaS B2C) “Ascent Quest” on a freelance basis since 2021.

Since summer 2023, the company has been founded (simplified joint stock company with a share capital of €11,695) and brings together 5 people who are experts in their complementary fields (engineers, graphic designers, marketing, etc. not yet employees, waiting for the first funds).

It started talking about the project on the internet and is attracting more and more interest from players (and influencers) who are unanimously enthusiastic about seeing the first sequences taken from the game.
In preparation for a web marketing campaign including a Kickstarter, the company is about to extend its reputation on a global scale among players before embarking on a process of seeking financing (grants and equity raising).
 

About the project :
Mixing the codes of social networks in virtual reality ("metaverse") with a medieval-fantasy universe close to "Lord of the Rings", the Ascent Quest project promises even more casual players to experience exhilarating adventures through an epic story using all the strengths of virtual reality. All while meeting new people. A concept still barely exploited on the market but nevertheless in high demand. Our different technical approach from competitior allows us to tackle the challenges that the game represents in a much more mastered manner while retaining all the fun potential.

A very concrete and playable prototype was developed and resolved the technical challenges. On Discord, our community is reaching almost 1000 members, which is an exceptionnal number for a project at this maturity stage.
