Our patented innovative technology relies on more than 10 years of public research in the field of Hall Effect Thruster miniaturisation. The solution provides a high fuel efficiency and a significantly lower power consumption than competing solutions; all at an affordable cost. Our thruster is designed as a ‘plug & play system’, compatible with standardised microsatellites platforms and addresses our customers’ current & future needs. Our thruster will be ready for the market in 2019 and has already created a strong interest from our customers.

In the long-term, Exotrail envisions a world where new in-orbit services will be readily available at affordable costs due to small satellites equipped with efficient electric propulsion. In-space inspection, in-orbit assembly, servicing and manufacturing of spacecrafts will entirely disrupt the space industry in the next 10 years. Exotrail will be part of this revolution.
