Dabchy is a fast-growing peer-to-peer online marketplace for secondhand fashion in the MEA region operating in Tunisia and Egypt. 

At Dabchy, we are committed to revolutionizing the way people shop and sell secondhand fashion by creating a sustainable, affordable, and fashionable future for everyone. 

Our catalog counts over 3M listed items and a +1M user base. Today, 3 categories are available: Women, Kids, and Luxury items. Our App isn’t only an e-commerce platform, it is also a social network for shopping where buyers and sellers can follow each other, exchange through comments, post stories on the App with a direct link to their listed items, and also like items from Dabchoucha’s dressings.

Our solution is interactive, user-friendly, and guarantees secured payment and money transfers.

Dabchy operates as a trusted third party between buyers and sellers and facilitates the process for both parties implied. 

With the lack of infrastructure in the region, we’ve hacked the whole CtoC value chain, from logistics to payment, we automated the whole process through Dabchy Admin platform

Actually, We initiated the door-to-door delivery system : Sellers list their items by taking pictures, setting their prices and writing their descriptions. When buyers purchase, the order is confirmed from our end and our delivery partners handle the rest from the pick up to the delivery. Buyers have  24 hours to check if the item complies otherwise we offer them free returns form Dabchy. So our internal platform enables us to manage orders, track shipments, and make any decision about each transaction in few seconds on it.

For the payment part, our in-house payment system caters to the cash-heavy economy. We receive the  buyer’s money, in case of a claim we refund it, most of the cases (97%) it’s transferred to the seller and everyone is happy.

So as we act as a trusted third party, our business model is mainly based on a commission of  20%. We've recently  introduced  Dabchy Prime for unlimited deliveries and Dabchy Boost for item promotion. We also authenticate high-end brands with Dabchy Luxury
