Poor nutrition is one of the major problems of the 21st century. In Senegal, more than 61,000 households, i.e. 500,000 people, are food insecure (Se-Cnsa March 2021). This insecurity is the source of many chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. Despite awareness campaigns, the Senegalese bowl remains dangerous for health.

To address this problem we have created CookAndPlay.

CookAndPlay is a culinary social network that allows you to adopt a healthy diet, while enjoying the benefits of our local products through simple, easy and healthy recipes. CookAndPlay is also advice on healthy eating from expert nutritionists and sports coaches.
