Conpart AS

Conpart AS is a Norwegian company specialized in the development, manufacturing and application of microscopic, uniformly sized polymer particles for use in the electrical and electronics industry. The company has successfully developed electrically conductive microparticles for die-attach and display panel manufacturing and is continuously developing new applications of this technology for external customers.

Conpart’s vision is to continue strengthening its position as a centre of excellence for conductive microparticles, and to develop its own production capacity to become a world leading supplier of such particles.

The company’s core technology was developed through several research projects in the period 2002-2019 in collaboration with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), with support from the Norwegian Research Council. In 2013 the technology was further developed through participation in the H2020 QuantiHeat project, and in 2018 a Eurostars grant was received to validate the technology in a solar adhesive application. 

By end of 2020 a total of 7 M€ have been invested in this technology.

To support its R&D activities it has a well-equipped laboratory for research and testing purposes at its facilities near Oslo, Norway
