Comsis has established a line of innovative technologies and wins recurring businesses in France and in South Africa around its patented wireless intellectual properties. In order to develop the company all over the world, the management is considering a three-fold strategy: 1. To raise 8M€ in order to develop a line of products (triple-play Internet gateway, access point and end user equipment) based on the customization and business development of the new MimoKit II multi-vector platform and related intellectual properties. 2. To create a dedicated structure, i.e. a joint venture, in charge of designing, industrializing and selling new goods that fit the country’s needs. This company would benefit from a technology transfer from Comsis and act as an equipment manufacturer. 3. To duplicate this structure in different countries depending on business opportunities
