Cross-Border Business Development • Preparation: market analysis, business plans, identification of business partners within locality, contingency plans, recommendations for optimal business location, interface with public and semi-public national and regional agencies; • Execution: project management, supporting client at meetings and negotiations, recruitment of local management and/or interim management team, professional coaching of local management team, commercial due diligence; and • Post-Execution: post-deal support for integration, corporate governance, management issues, team assessment, and performance optimisation in multicultural environments on core issues such as turnaround management, crisis management, and cost savings.
