Smart Tunisia falls within the scope of positioning Tunisia as a knowledge and technology destination. It aims at creating value in the field of digital economy through co-localization and promotion of Tunisia as High Tech investment location.
Through Smart Tunisia, the Tunisian government has allocated a subsequent budget essentially in grants to encourage international Tech companies to leverage Tunisia as Talent Hub for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Smart Tunisia aims to promote exports of services in the field of information and communication technologies. Smart Tunisia is a flagship initiative of the National Strategic Plan Digital Tunisia 2020.
