30 APRIL - Launch of "Startup Guide Brussels" in partnership with Hub.brussels
We're heading to Belgium! Join us April 30 as we kick off nominations for Startup Guide Brussels! This event will bring together the local startup community for a night of celebration hosted by our community partner, hub.brussels. Those in attendance will have a chance to hear our vision for the guidebook, mingle with other creators and submit their picks for who we should feature.
Home to the Council of the European Union, the European Commission and NATO, Brussels has long had a reputation as a hub for international relations. But in addition to its diplomatic prowess and rich history of art, architecture and food, it’s a center for business and – increasingly – startups. Brussels has the most tech startups per capita of any Belgian city, due in large part to government initiatives, especially programs designed to support young entrepreneurs. As the ecosystem expands, more and more startups are making an impact on a global scale – data governance platform Collibra recently became Belgium’s first unicorn.
We excited to connect with Brussels’ burgeoning community of innovators. If you’d like to be a part of it, make sure to RSVP here ahead of time.
