Abstract of the proposal:  They are preparing a proposal focused on schools, children and their families, and their neighborhoods, as a source for negotiating democracy and participation among migrant population. We take into account the diverse nature of migrant policies accross Europe, the challenges by multiculturality and interculturality. We draw on quantitative and qualitative surveys, a collaborative pilot project in schools implemented in five countries, and their deep analysis, to propose a series of policies and recommendations to local, regional and national authorities.Topic: HORIZON-CL2-2024-DEMOCRACY-01-04: The interrelation between social, cultural and political identities, as well as the sense of belonging, and democracies
