We are a Tunisian Biotech Startup created in 2018 by a multidisciplinary team (Biology engineer, Energy Engineer, Biotechnologist, Financial Engineer).

We cultivate microalgae in closed systems called Photobioreactors and extract from it valuable biologically active ingredients for nutraceutical, cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical uses.

Our flagship products are Astaxanthin & C-Phycocianin, two of the most powerful antioxidents commercially available.

These products have many therapeutic effects for human health. They help fighting ageing and oxidation-linked diseases like neurodegenerative diseases (alzheïmer, parkinson...), macular degeneration diseases (cataract...). They help also improving cardiovascular health, bone health, sport recuperation after efforts, chemoprevention against some types of cancer (colo-rectal and lungs cancer) and they help inverting skin cells ageing.

We succeeded to optimize the cultivation and extraction processes in laboratory scale thanks to a first fundraing secured by Tunisian Business Angels.

Now, we are in the final stage of a second fundraising for making an industrial scale-up in partnership with a European institute of research on microalgae. The current financial need is 9 million Tunisian Dinars (almost €3 million).
