1️⃣ Discovery: Needs analysis of the selected BSOs 📅 02/2023 - 03/2023

2️⃣ Definition: Identifying a set of key services to be implemented📅 04/2023 - 07/2023

3️⃣ Development: Co-creation of business acceleration services 📅07/2023 - 09/2023

4️⃣ Delivery: Piloting and testing of the services co-created 📅 10/2023 - 08/2024
