MIZUHO CRAFT Co., Ltd.
[Company strength]
Our company excels in producing customized heaters with complex shapes in a short delivery time, leveraging our experience in delivering heaters for repairing aircraft. We have established a production system in cooperation with local companies to ensure quick delivery of heaters with unique requirements. For example, our original radome heater for mounting on the wing of an aircraft requires special production processes because of its three-dimensional shape. In addition, heaters for repair work are needed urgently; we build relationships of mutual trust with other companies in order to meet deadlines. Our strength lies in the ability to supply heaters of world-class quality through the cooperation of small factories.
[Business description]

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are the only company in Asia capable of producing heaters for repairing a radome to be mounted on the wing of an aircraft. Only a few companies in the world can deliver this product, and our company offers superior quality. An important property required for this type of heater is adhesiveness (shape matching). Good-quality repair of the radome means uniform heat treatment; if the adhesiveness is poor, temperature irregularity occurs and uniformity of the temperature deteriorates. Conventional radome heaters are produced by pasting together two-dimensional silicone rubber sheets, and the resulting joints in the material often impair adhesion. On the other hand, our finished products have no joints in the material, and thus are excellent in adhesion.
[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our human resources who can communicate in English are trained in technical sales, and correspond with the U.S.A. (Boeing Company), France (Airbus S.A.S.) and Southeast Asian countries including Singapore. As it is difficult to express the features of our products with only sentences and images through e-mail, we also ship samples, and recently have travelled overseas to demonstrate our products in person.
