Impact Hub Bamako

Impact Hub Bamako is an organisation dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship through a start-up accelerator and incubator, and a collaborative workspace. Located in the heart of the Malian capital's business district, it is the first location of the Impact Hub Global network in French-speaking Africa, the world's leading network of business incubators, innovation labs and social entrepreneurship communities.

Our mission is to address the urgent issue of unemployment among young Malians by helping them to create and develop their own businesses. Our ambition is to be among the catalysts of solutions contributing to the socio-economic emergence of Mali, by actively supporting the country's youth who want to undertake and bring innovative answers to the problems of different communities.

IHB supports different types of businesses, including :

• Start-ups: often innovative companies with high growth potential, which are in the start-up or rapid development phase;
• SMEs: companies that are larger than start-ups, generally in operation and already have some experience of entrepreneurship;
• Companies in difficulty: companies in financial difficulty or with management problems that need help to get back on track.
