Introducing UPPERION: Strengthening the ACCELERO Project as a European Hub (EUH)
It is our distinct pleasure to introduce UPPERION SAS, a renowned company supporting innovation and tracking groundbreaking ventures. Co-founded by Frédéric Daumas and Laurence Servant, UPPERION takes the helm as a European Hub (EUH) within the ACCELERO project, infusing the European innovation ecosystem with their considerable knowledge and experience.
UPPERION stands out for its unique approach to innovation support and identification. It networks pioneering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with public or private partners, primarily serving businesses across the spectrum, local authorities, and various organisations. Its co-founder, Dr Daumas, holds the significant achievement of being a founding member of ESA-BIC Sud-Ouest in France.
Through the creation and implementation of incubation, acceleration, and open innovation programmes, UPPERION continues to foster innovation. They utilise digital and dematerialised solutions, such as Challenges, Innovathons, and Hackathons, and manage Thélème, a dematerialised incubator.
Additionally, UPPERION lends its expertise in designing and implementing innovations for SMEs. The company is recognised as an expert in Business and Funding in European programmes and is a part of multiple funding networks. They are listed as a "Solution Provider for Industry" by CCI Business.
With the ACCELERO project, UPPERION furthers its commitment to supporting European SMEs, particularly regarding ecological transition issues. They are involved in numerous European programmes and collaborations, such as SmartEES, InnoRate, DeFIne, CleverCities, and InvestHorizon, and work with CINEA agency (EU Climate) and the EIT Climate KIC. UPPERION's interventions focus on strategy, data utilisation, and environmental impact, demonstrating their dedication to sustainability.
