Events are growing in number and size and challenge the management of crowds in public spaces. The success of an event depends highly on well attuned teams and organisations operating on appropriate Information and Communication (ICT) command and control tools. 

Existing ICT systems lack agility and simplicity to be operated efficiently by event safety services. But most importantly, high upfront costs with inflexible price structures are facing a large but highly fragmented safety market.

Our company addresses this gap and created a mobile and web-based ICT system for crowd safety service providers. It combines latest IoT and mobile technology with machine learning to create optimal AI-guided attention for situational awareness and analytics capabilities. The system has been piloted and validated with major security providers in Switzerland. It has been commercially deployed at more than 30 events with 100.000 to 1 million daily visitors and trusted for use at prestigious events such as Formula E Prix in Zürich, or the world’s largest beer festival Oktoberfest Munich.
