Whitelibra

Whitelibra is an innovative srl founded in April 2019 in Milan. Nicolò Boggian is the main shareholder ( about 75%,), cto Michele Zonca, former founder of Mashape/Kong ( API sector, exit in 2013) and Quisque ( smart mobility sector, main clients Smart Mercedes and Unipol) has 10% of the company. The remainder is held by a number of public and private sector managers (see cap table) who have acquired 15%.

The company has accelerated the work of developing a programmable digital platform that has the function of governing, through proprietary software, ecosystems of companies and workers, on project activities, connecting them through artificial intelligence, APIs and other technologies, and providing all the tools and services to work effectively.

The company immediately started a dialogue and signed collaboration protocols with scientific institutions (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), associations (Manageritalia, Confesercenti), public institutions (Comune di Milano) and private institutions (Wilegal, , Jointly) to study ad hoc regulations for regulating forms of digital work and creating a real ecosystem of personal services.

In November 2020 we published the website www.digitalworkcity.com and started collecting users (now about 700) and clients (about 10 startups and some corporates).

In September 2021 we were selected for the Newchip Acceleration Programme (Texas, USA).We have a seed round in progress with soft commitments from our industrial partners
