Qivalon

Qivalon GmbH is a spin-off of Saarland University of Applied Sciences (htw saar) founded in 2014 with an EXIST founders' scholarship. The company focuses on optimisation and data mining in the logistics industry. The current product portfolio includes telemetry-based solutions in the field of fuel management for commercial fleets. These include the cost-optimal planning of refuelling stops in real time and the detailed analysis of fuel consumption in truck fleets in order to automatically identify negative irregularities such as diesel theft or incorrect consumption calibration of the on-board electronics. As a university spin-off, the technical staff of Qivalon can rely on profound knowledge in the field of data analysis. The company also has expertise in linking and integrating various systems (telematics, road data, transport management software, fuel card portals). Its customers includes haulage companies, but also larger fuel card operators and food retailer.
