Pluvia is a biotech company aiming to develop novel therapies to treat diseases caused by protein misfolding. Our first disease target is phenylketonuria (PKU), a rare genetic disease of metabolism.The development program is based on the company's intellectual property on the screening and development of small molecule pharmacological chaperones with the potential to stabilise/maintain the native structure of the protein involved in the disease.
