We conduct integrated production from pattern design to device manufacturing and sales. The main products we currently manufacture and sell are various metal parts. These include photo masks for exposure, screen masks for printing, metal masks, products for vapor deposition, and manual printing presses. We also manufacture and sell thermal print heads and various thick-film printing substrates as mask technology applied products. We supply materials and equipment for other kinds of screen printing and photo masks.

Mask production data supports a broad range of data formats that circulate in various industries and sites, such as substrates, chip production, and design. We can manufacture various masks based on such data. Photo masks are our core products. We can realize 1-μm fine-wire patterns. We can support any delivery period. We can support fine platemaking technology and long-life high-precision printing for screen masks. We can support customers with various processing methods such as the etching, additive, and laser methods for metal masks.

Our domestic sales staff introduce and propose products that match the customer’s requests, specifications, and convenience. Staff from the development and manufacturing divisions will join meetings together with sales staff for technical consultations. They will visit the customer if necessary to solve problems. We have established an overseas sales HQ, which will respond to overseas customers.
