Insight SIP was founded in 2005 to respond to the growing demand in consumer electronics for wireless communications solutions. In particular, the industry increasingly demands solutions of ever-increasing complexity, whilst imposing ever-more severe size constraints.    

The company is a supplier of complex components for manufacturers designing small communicating objects in the fast growing “Internet of Things” (IOT) space” . The company is in rapid growth phase, driven by the growth experienced by its clients.

The technological approach known as System in Package (SiP) consists of integrating inside a single item – visually and practically a single component – a number of basic elementary components. This approach allows the rapid development of new miniature communicating objects at relatively low cost. 

Market :

The market consists principally of clients who are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), who are designing products typically for consumer, professional or medical markets. Often these companies are not (and do not wish to become) experts in RF technology, and prefer to buy ready-made solutions. These clients can include both household name electronics companies and innovate start-ups. 
A second category of clients is large electronic components groups; these companies normally do have a certain degree of capability in RF, but nevertheless also require external support for particular projects or to supplement their in-house capability.
