"Airborne device for the launch of liquid under pressure onto a surface, which is connected to an aircraft, whether manned or unmanned. A second model known as the Helion "swarm" is being developed, an autonomous electric aircraft piloted from the ground with a capacity of 200L, a range of up to 40minutes and a top speed of 100km/h.
