Ciwara Capital is an investment firm in African 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘂𝗽𝘀 and SM𝗘s 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 for the sustainable development of the continent. We support businesses located in Africa through the support of Diaspora investors.

Our investments are minority and occur at the 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 and 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 stage in the form of equity in companies and teams with ambitious projects, whether in 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 (via co-investments and other investment funds present in Africa).

The company is majority owned by African 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮 members wishing to contribute their contribution to the building of a New Africa that fully occupies its rightful place on the global economic and financial stage.
